Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe , Cajun Joke...
*****************************************
Hi Y'all,

We are getting ready for our trip and will be leaving early Thursday
morning! This will be the last newsletter until we get back. We are
planning on being back no later than Mother's day, and hope to have
the newsletter back out between then and May the 10th.

Concerning the message board: If you are having problems, we are
manually activating members. If you are sent an activation key,
ignore the email on it, you don't need it, and please give us time to
go in the database and activate you. We try and email each and
everyone as we activate, but sometimes a few slip by us. If you do
not get an email from us in a reasonable amount of time, please try
logging in with your username and password. If you still have
problems, email us, stating the exact problem you are having and
include your information! We will have to take care of it when we
get back if you have problems after Wednesday! I have someone who
will be helping out with the board while I am gone, but there will
probably be some he can't get to.

We also have someone that is keeping an eye out on the board and will
answer recipe requests as he can, thanks so much Trader! If anyone
else has the time, and would like to help us out, please do!

Important note: For those of you that can read the message board and
the posts, you are already registered and do not need to do anything!

On that note, wish us luck, I am too tired to even go on vacation!
Take care, and we will "talk" to you when we return!

Today's Joke sent to us by Cajunater, thanks!

Why Cajuns Can't Be Paramedics

Thibodeaux and Boudreaux are out in the woods hunting
when suddenly Boudreaux grabs his chest and falls to
the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing; his eyes
are rolled back in his head. Thibodeaux whips out his
cell phone and calls 911. He gasps to the operator, "I
think Boudreaux is dead! What should I do?"

The operator, in a calm soothing voice says, "Just
take it easy and follow my instructions. First, let's
make sure he's dead." ...

Want to read the rest of the joke or add your own? Just go to the
message board under View And Add Jokes!

We need some help with jokes and stories, especially since we are
taking a much needed vacation! Please post jokes, stories, recipes,
