Quick Roasted Wild Goose

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Young, tender, wild goose
  • Butter
  • White or red wine

Directions:

  1. Place cleaned goose on rack in a shallow pan and roast in a 400-425 degrees F. oven for 35-45 minutes.
  2. Baste with butter and white or red wine occasionally while cooking.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
