Quick and Easy Hazelnut Shortbread

Quick, easy hazelnut shortbread. Made with hazelnuts, semi sweet chocolate and more.

Ingredients:

• 1 c Butter; softened
• 2 c All-purpose flour
• 1/2 c Confectioners sugar
• 1/4 c Hazelnuts; toasted and ground
• 1/4 ts Salt
• 2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate; melted
  

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Cream butter.
3. Blend flour, sugar, hazelnuts and salt into butter.
4. Press dough into pan and pierce with fork.
5. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
6. Cool 10 minutes and drizzle with melted chocolate.
