Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler

Recipe

Easily and quickly make this fruit cobbler. Only takes about 25 minutes to bake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (21-oz) apple pie filling (can substitute other fruit filling)
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

TOPPING

  • 1 c Low-fat baking mix
  • 1/4 c Skim milk; at room temperature
  • 1/4 c Granulated sugar
  • 2 tb Margarine; melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
    Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray.
  2. Spoon apple pie filling into prepared pan, sprinkle cinnamon over top.
  3. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine baking mix, milk, sugar, and margarine in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drop by spoonful's on top of filling.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
