Microwave Holiday Crab Dip

This dip is delicious and easy. Filled with crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, pepper sauce, and easily made in the microwave. Great for holidays.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c Artichoke hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ds Garlic powder
  • 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
  • 1 can Shrimp or crabmeat (small); drained, optional

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and spread in greased baking dish.
  2. Bake 325 degrees F for 30 min or until hot.
  3. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
