Microwave Corn on the Cob

Delicious corn on the cob has never been easier! Just follow the recipe and cook in the microwave.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh corn; shucked and silked
  • Butter

Directions:

  1. Butter each ear of corn.
  2. Wrap in waxed paper or place in covered casserole.
  3. Bake 2 to 2-1/2 minutes per ear.
  4. Frozen corn may also be used: Bake 3-4 minutes per ear.
