Brown Bread Ice Cream

This ice cream actually does have brown bread! It taste delicious and is easily made in your microwave.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Margarine or oil
• 3 oz. Brown bread crumbs
• 1 oz. Brown sugar
• Slightly softened ice cream
  

Directions:

1. In a bowl put 1.5oz of margarine or oil, 3 oz brown bread crumbs and 1 oz of brown sugar.
2. Put in microwave for 1 min. and stir with fork.
3. As it cools it may crisp up.
4. If not return to microwave for another short period until it goes crisp when cool.
5. Stir frequently to break up.
6. Allow to cool completely, before stirring into slightly softened ice cream.
7. Return to freezer.
