Microwavable Broccoli Bake

A delicious broccoli dish that is baked right in your microwave.

Ingredients:

• 1 can Cream of broccoli soup
• 1/2 c Milk
• 1 tsp. Soy sauce
• 1 ds Pepper1 pack (20 Oz.) frozen broccoli cuts cooked
• 1 can (2.8 Oz.) French fried onion
  

Directions:

1. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper.
2. In 10 x 6 inch baking dish, layer 1/2 of broccoli, 1/2 of the soup mixture and 1/2 can of onions.
3. Cover with waxed paper.
4. Microwave on high 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through heating.
5. Top with remaining onions.
6. Microwave uncovered 1 minute.
