Beef Spinach Pasta

Easily make this delicious pasta with beef and spinach right in the microwave.

Ingredients:

• 1 pack Spinach; thawed chopped
• 1 lb. Ground beef
• 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c Ricotta
• 1 1/2 c Noodles; cooked
• 1 can (3 oz.) Fried onions
  

Directions:

1. Microwave spinach on high 3-4 minutes.
2. Remove and break into pieces, drain well.
3. Brown ground beef, drain well.
4. Combine spinach, soup, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hamburger.
5. Add noodles and half the can of onions.
6. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir.
7. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
8. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
