Boston Chicken Marinade Basting Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well and apply to skin-side-up chicken in a single layer in greased baking dish or pan.
  2. Bake at 400F 35-40 minutes.
  3. Baste every 8-10 minutes during the baking time.
