MRE recipe (For Hurricane use) printer friendly version

MRE recipe

1 ea. Chicken Tortellini packet, boilable (optional, other flavors can be used)
1 ea. Packet pears (optional, other flavors can be used)
1 ea. Packet crackers (optional, other flavors can be used)
1 ea. Packet pumpkin pound cake (optional, other flavors can be used)
1 ea. Packet grape beverage (optional, other flavors can be used)
1 ea. Accessory packet ( contents: Handy wipe, toilet paper, instant coffee, instant tea,
creamer, sugar, chewing gum (2 pcs), tabasco sauce (1oz.), matches.
1 ea. Chemical heater w/ beverage bag

instructions;

Put entree in chemical heater bag, add 1/4 cup water. After 2 minutes, remove entree from heater bag and serve. Add water in beverage bag and put in chemical heater bag. when ready remove water bag from heater bag and add beverage for a hot drink.

Serves 1

Oh my God! You really did mean it when you said you had the recipe for MRE's!

Guess you got so used to them, you are beginning to like them, HA!

but it IS a recipe
