Just Idea's n possibilities.

These are some things I have experienced in Malaysia ans Singapore.

McDonalds serves a "McSalmon Burger" in Singapore.
KFC Serves a "Hawaii Chicken Sandwich" in Malaysia and Singapore.

This next item is the menu's from Domino's and Pizza Hut. If you make your own pizza from scratch, as I do, maybe these will give ya some idea's. I liked the pineapple and chicken on the pizza's and

I converted the Malaysian Ringgit (RM) to dollars to give ya an idea of the prices there.
There are no selection of toppings as we have here, it is as each are on the menu's. WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).

You have to take in mind that Malaysia is majority Muslim (50 the rest being Indians, Chinese and westerners, That explains why the toppings are like "Beef Pepperoni" or "Chicken Sausage".Singapore is majority Chinese (75 and the rest divided by the above groups.
These Pizza menu's are from Malaysia.
