Amaranth Bread

Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 tb Sugar
• 1 1/3 ts Salt
• 1 2/3 c Water
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1/4 c Nonfat dry milk
• 2 1/2 ts Yeast
• 2/3 c Amaranth flour
• 3 1/3 c Bread flour
  

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine.
2. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.
