Southern Trivia
Cajun Jokes
Pierre and Boudreaux were on a weekend hunt when they witnessed a UFO
landing. As the little green creatures descended from the craft
Pierre said: " Mais what's dat?" to which Boudreaux replied as he
aimed his gun: "I don't know me, Pierre. But you better go back to de
camp and put some rice on."
You might be a Cajun if your wife says she's game and you shoot her!

Kitchen And Household Tips:
To find out if an egg is fresh, immerse it in a pan of cool salted
water. If it sinks it's fresh, if it rises, it is quite old.
Remove the stems from green chilies before storing to keep them fresh
longer.
If your soup is too salty, place a raw potato in the bowl. It will
absorb a lot of the salt!
