Today's Recipe:

Quick and Easy Salisbury Steak

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 cn Condensed crm of mushroom soup; divided
1/2 c Dry breadcrumbs
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1 tb Oil
1 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/4 c Milk

In bowl combine beef, 1/4 cup mushroom soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape into 6 patties. Brown patties in oil in hot skillet.
Pour remaining soup over patties; add mushrooms and milk; simmer 25 min. Serves 4

Thibideaux kept noticing Boudreaux standing in the middle of his field all day long. Nightfall came and Thibideaux looked out the window just before going to bed and noticed Boudreaux still standing out in his field. After breakfast the next morning he looked out the window and saw Boudreaux still standing in the middle of the field. He said to his ol' lady,"Look at dat...I think Boudreaux done lost his mind. I'm gonna go see what de heck he's doin'." Thibideaux walked outside and said, "Boudreaux, you been standin' out here in dis field for two days. What de heck are you doin'?"...
