Today's Recipe:
Quick and Easy Linguine With Clams and Shrimp
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
Olive oil
1 cup Clam Juice
1 cup white wine
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb cooked Shrimp meat
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped Clams with juices
1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
Salt and pepper
1 lb. linguine, prepared according to directions
Sauté' garlic in olive oil in saucepan. Add Clam Juice, white wine
and seasonings. Let simmer a few minutes. Add canned Clams (with
juices), Shrimp meat and parsley. Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss lightly with prepared linguine. Serve
with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 6
