Measure and mix the lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar, salt and
marshmallows in a small bowl. Have this mixture ready next to popper.
Have bowl ready to put popcorn in.
Put oil, popcorn and sugar into the popper. Fasten the lid securely
and hold hot pad with left hand over steam vent while stirring with
the right hand. Use high heat. Popping should start in about 2
minutes. Remove from heat when popping almost stops.
Quickly open lid and pour mixture over hot popcorn; then close lid
and continue stirring (no heat) until thoroughly mixed. Pour into
large bowl, tapping bottom of pan with hot pad to remove all the
popcorn and syrup. Finish stirring with large spoon. Cool and store
in airtight container.

* This recipe would be great served for Labor Day, or Halloween, or
any day you want a special treat!

original recipe request. For instance, if I requested a recipe for Cajun gumbo,
then click on that request, then click on post a reply, enter your recipe, then
click submit. Please do not include just the links to other websites. We ask
that you post the information along with them.
New Requests:
****ldemaree asks: "I am looking for an ice cream recipe for Old-
Fashioned English Toffee Ice Cream. I grew up in Southern California,
and there used to be an English Toffee flavored ice cream made by a
company known as Mayfair ( I believe). The ice cream itself is
toffee flavored (almost like coffee, but much, much subtler), and of
course, there were tiny pieces of English Toffee throughout the ice
cream.
I absolutely loved this ice cream and I cannot find it anywhere. I
have tried Breyer's Heath Bar, and Ben & Jerry's Heath Bar Crunch,
but they are no where near as good as English Toffee Ice Cream. I
even tried making my own ice cream from some supposedly toffee ice
cream recipes, but they still didn't make the grade.
Can anyone help me? I would be so grateful."
***Dianna aks: "I am looking for a crawfish pistolette recipe, could
someone help me?"

Embarrassing Cooking Story, posted by Peggy at the
message board, thanks so much!
New Cook
I'll never forget when I was just learning how to cook when I got
married. I didn't know how to cook anything. I was 17 at the time,
and always took my Mom for granted! Never watched her cook a thing,
or even tried to learn. Well, okay, this can't be that hard. Get a
cookbook, follow directions, it should come out perfect! No problem
right? Wrong....
