Kielbasa and potato skillet Recipe, Beer Problem Joke- September 11, 2004

Today's Recipe:

Kielbasa and potato skillet

5 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
1 Tbls chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs kielbasa
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and place in skillet sprayed with
cooking spray.
Pour water over potatoes and sprinkle garlic and salt and pepper over all.
Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 10 minutes or till potatoes are almost soft.
Slice kielbasa into 3/4" pieces and add to potatoes and mix together.
Cook over medium heat till kielbasa is mostly cooked, about 10 minutes.
Add can of cheese soup and stir to mix.
Cook for additional 5 minutes till heated through.
Serve.

Symptom: Beer is crystal clear.
Problem: It's water. Somebody is trying to sober you up.
Action: Punch him.

Symptom: Don't recognize anyone, don't recognize the room you're in.
Problem: You've wandered into the wrong party.
Action: See if they have free beer.

Symptom: Feet cold and wet.
Problem: Glass being held at incorrect angle.
Action: Rotate glass so that open end points toward ceiling.

Symptom: Feet warm and wet...
