"I'm looking for a recipe for Rum Cake, with alot of rum in it. A few
years ago a West Indian friend of mine gave me some her mom made and
it was absolutely delightful, but I've not been able to get the recipe
for it. But I can tell you this ... there was A LOT of rum in it
So if anyone has something that fits the bill, please share! I've
come up with nothing with my limited searching on the internet, most
recipes say like to use 1 cup of rum and they think that's too much,
blah blah blah".
