Requests From Readers, Can You Please Try And Help Them Out?
Baked Turkey Question posted by Just2fat at the
message board under
Request Recipes.
"Hi, I have heard that you can cook a turkey by placing it in the oven
for an hour or so, then turning it off and letting it sit in the oven
for a certain amount of hours, and it will be done. Has anyone ever
heard of this? Would that be safe to eat if it really does work?
Thanks, and Happy Holidays!"
