Well, the nasty weather cleared up a bit, and got warmer, whew! Looks
like more of the nasty stuff is on it's way though!

Today's Recipe
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4 ounce) can ripe olives, chopped and drained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs, hard cooked, peeled and chopped
1 green onion with top, sliced
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese, eggs, and green onion. Cover
and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Spread cream cheese on serving plate. Spoon bean mixture evenly over
cream cheese. Arrange eggs on bean mixture in ring around the edge of
the plate; sprinkle with green onion.

ball deep into a wooded ravine. He grabs his 8-iron and proceeds down
the embankment into the ravine in search of his ball. Ben searches
diligently throughout the thick underbrush and suddenly he spots
something shiny. As he gets closer, he realizes that the shiny
object is in fact an 8-iron in the hands of a skeleton lying near an
old golf ball.
Ben excitedly calls out to his golfing partner: "Hey Thomas, come
here, I got big trouble down here."...
