Cajun Appetizer Meatballs
1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a medium baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix
thoroughly the ground beef, hot pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire
sauce, parsley, onion, bread crumbs, milk, and egg. Form the mixture into golf
ball sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated
oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until there is no pink left in the middle. In a
small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and peach preserves. When meatballs are
done, place in a serving dish and cover with the barbecue sauce mixture. Toss to
coat.

Today's joke was posted by hunnyandme at the
message board, thanks so much!
The Nun And The Fig Leaf
A nun, badly needing to use the restroom, walked into a local Hooters
restaurant. The place was hopping with music and loud conversation and every
once in a while the lights would turn off. Each time the lights would go out,
the place would erupt into cheers.
However, when the revelers saw the nun, the room went dead silent.
She walked up to the bartender, and asked, "May I use the restroom?"
The bartender replied, "OK, but I should warn you that there is a statue of a
naked man in there wearing only a fig leaf."
"Well, in that case I'll just look the other way," says the nun.
So, the bartender showed the nun to the back of the restaurant, and she
proceeded to the restroom. After a few minutes, she came back out, and the whole
place stopped just long enough to give the nun a loud round of applause...
